Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior business leaders, providing program oversight and technical thought leadership.
• Translate business strategies into executable roadmaps, sequenced work plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish effective governance mechanisms, including status reporting and milestone tracking.
• Foster alignment and open communication across product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Manage program risks, interdependencies, and budget adherence while maintaining quality expectations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
• 5-7 years of experience leading through mentorship and driving innovation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Arlington, TX (3 days per week).
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including CSM or PSM1 certification.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational environments and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree (plus relevant experience).
