What you will do

• Provide dedicated coverage of client accounts and work with relationship managers to support client objectives.
• Deliver ongoing client support to ensure high satisfaction by providing timely and accurate answers to inquiries.
• Assist high-profile fund managers in fundraising by managing the subscription process and fund closings.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the proprietary platform's user experience through enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6-10 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service or investor relations within alternative investments.
• Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
