Salary: $65,600.00 - $92,675.00

What you will do

• Handle complex escalated calls by researching issues and delivering resolutions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to associates on cross-selling, wealth management conversations, and service quality.
• Complete Best Interest Profile supervisory reviews in accordance with policy.
• Perform fraud verification for distributions exceeding policy thresholds to ensure proper controls.
• Address participant account inquiries in compliance with FINRA/SEC guidelines.
• Serve as a Principal on staff.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
• 5 years of wealth management experience.
• Experience in brokerage trading and trade approval.
• Demonstrated ability in effectively handling client escalated issues.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management and tax-exempt sales strategies.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.
• FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registrations required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
