• Prepare and distribute regular investor reports, including fund estimates, risk reports, and market commentary.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to facilitate investor processes like NDAs and subscription agreements.
• Liaise with fund administrators and internal accounting to ensure accurate processing and booking of trades.
• Address real-time investor requests by interfacing with internal departments.
• Maintain marketing, due diligence materials, and the firm's CRM system.
• Manage quantitative and qualitative investor data for regulatory filings and analysis.

Требования

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• Strong numerical literacy and Excel proficiency.
• Exceptional diligence and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks against firm deadlines.
• FINRA Series 3 license, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
