TL;DR

Technical Customer Success Manager (LegalTech/HRTech): Managing the customer lifecycle for strategic clients to ensure product adoption and retention with an accent on ROI demonstration and business process optimization. Location: Remote (Must be based in Mexico)

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, providing professional communication and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute daily customer needs and advise on long-term strategic efforts.
  • Drive end-user adoption through product-focused meetings, industry thought leadership, and optimization efforts.
  • Track success measurements (ROI) and conduct Mutual Success Plans to demonstrate value to the customer.
  • Shepherd specified projects to completion by coordinating internal resources and customer stakeholders.
  • Monitor and respond to product usage metrics and trends to ensure customer retention.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mexico.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google software suite, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft products.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts and derive solutions to complex business problems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a background in support or technical environments.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a customer success role, including account management or business analysis.
