  • Manage a portfolio of Business plan accounts to ensure retention, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct structured onboarding and business reviews centered on measurable customer outcomes.
  • Monitor account health metrics to proactively intervene and mitigate churn risks.
  • Act as a product expert, providing strategic advice and demos on AI agent capabilities.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through insight-led engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface customer feedback and resolve technical escalations.

Требования

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both required).
  • Eligibility to work in Spain.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build reports and track usage trends.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills for live demos and business negotiations.
  • Proactive, self-driven approach to portfolio and account management.

  • Familiarity with no-code or low-code development tools.
  • Experience managing enterprise or high-value accounts.
  • Deep knowledge of CS metrics such as NRR, churn, and health scores.
