Salary: $170,000 – $250,000

What you will do
- Own and shape the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations globally.
- Design and manage the recruiting operating model, from intake and sourcing through assessment to closing.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to optimize practices through data-driven experimentation.
- Directly lead searches for critical high-level roles to ensure the acquisition of A+ talent.
- Develop the employer brand to position the company as the employer of choice for top talent.
- Build and coach the recruiting team, setting performance standards and fostering a high-accountability culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience at high-growth companies.
- 2+ years of people management experience building and scaling in-house recruiting teams.
- Proven track record of hiring A+ players across multiple functional domains.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use metrics to diagnose problems and inform strategy.
- Experience leveraging next-generation AI tooling to multiply recruiting efficiency.
- Must be based in the USA.
