What you will do

• Own and shape the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations globally.
• Design and manage the recruiting operating model, from intake and sourcing through assessment to closing.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to optimize practices through data-driven experimentation.
• Directly lead searches for critical high-level roles to ensure the acquisition of A+ talent.
• Develop the employer brand to position the company as the employer of choice for top talent.
• Build and coach the recruiting team, setting performance standards and fostering a high-accountability culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience at high-growth companies.
• 2+ years of people management experience building and scaling in-house recruiting teams.
• Proven track record of hiring A+ players across multiple functional domains.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use metrics to diagnose problems and inform strategy.
• Experience leveraging next-generation AI tooling to multiply recruiting efficiency.
• Must be based in the USA.
