Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital, social, or integrated account leadership.
• Proven track record of managing and growing high-value agency accounts.
• Deep expertise in digital strategy, music marketing, and cultural programming.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
