What you will do

• Design product roadmaps for clinical operations to drive outcomes like cost reduction and payment accuracy.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, and Operations to execute product initiatives and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Communicate complex data and product strategies clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on care delivery and population health tooling.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across legal, clinical, and administrative teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software product management experience.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare or health insurance.
• Proven track record of shipping new workflows or solutions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, uncertain startup environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
