What you will do

• Architect and own workflows for centralized virtual clinical services, including pharmacy and lab operations.
• Define protocols for clinician and AI collaboration, ensuring safety, quality, and effective escalation paths.
• Track and optimize key performance indicators across access, resolution speed, and automation coverage.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives bridging Responsive Care, Specialty Care, and Care Access teams.
• Analyze care delivery friction points and translate quantitative insights into systemic redesigns.
• Develop programs to upskill clinical staff in supervising and collaborating with AI systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical, healthcare, or product operations.
• Demonstrated experience scaling operational systems or leading organizational transformations.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to define KPIs and drive decisions.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to drive clarity and communicate effectively in a remote-first environment.
• Must be based in the USA.
