What you will do

• Manage complex, multi-step medical document evaluation processes to meet critical external audit deadlines.
• Coordinate and oversee production workflows with offshore teams to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance transparency, scalability, and performance.
• Analyze audit data using SQL to identify trends and derive actionable operational insights.
• Collaborate with coding experts to integrate emerging tools and LLMs into evaluation workflows.
• Communicate progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in managing high-volume processes with tight turnaround times.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with spreadsheet software like Google Sheets for data validation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfort and curiosity regarding the application of AI and LLMs in business operations.
