What you will do

• Lead the product lifecycle for the Managed Services product line from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Analyze market trends, segmentation, and the competitive environment to optimize the product portfolio.
• Create product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue goals and customer value.
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop roadmap requirements and align release planning.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, including profitability, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop user personas and scenarios to define and justify product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.
• Prior experience in healthcare.
• Experience with SaaS applications and business models.
• Technical aptitude to understand product dynamics and recommend enhancements.
• Must be based in the USA.
