What you will do

• Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, in-app messaging).
• Develop lifecycle strategies to boost retention, engagement, and LTV.
• Optimize CRM systems for data capture, segmentation, and journey personalization.
• Build CRM automations triggered by events, behavioral signals, and risk profiles.
• Provide training and governance on CRM best practices and platform usage.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing roles.
• Strong track record in building and executing high-performing CRM strategies.
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM platforms such as Braze, with automation and analytics.
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation, data flows, and journey mapping.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced and regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of EU/ UK GDPR, consent management, and data protection compliance.
• Familiarity with predictive modelling, propensity scoring, or churn risk analysis.
