What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Advantage clients.
• Develop and execute effective account strategies to achieve client goals.
• Lead and hold team members accountable for the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Identify and recruit new partners to expand client programs.
• Manage client reporting, data analysis, and program budget scope.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high Net Promoter Scores.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK
• 2+ years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience with Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, CJ, Impact, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% when required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel capabilities including report customization and formulas.
• Working knowledge of HTML.
• Experience in coaching or managing direct reports.
