Senior CRM Executive (Retention): Building and executing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app platforms with an accent on member loyalty and engagement. Location: Hybrid role requiring regular office attendance in either Leicestershire (HQ) or London (Holborn). Fully remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Build and deliver personalized go-to-market communications across email, push, and in-app channels from the ground up
• Support cross-functional teams in executing communications for new vertical integrations
• Develop member journeys designed to foster long-term loyalty and engagement
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and data-driven iterations
• Create clear performance reports and share actionable insights across the business

Requirements

• Solid experience in a CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing role in a B2C environment
• Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo
• Proven track record of executing large-scale CRM campaigns
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights
• Strong organizational skills with a natural test-and-learn approach

Nice to have

• Experience in GTM communications or product launch campaigns
• Familiarity with HTML, Liquid, or other scripting and personalization logic
