Salary: $208,000 - $294,580 USD (San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles)

What you will do
- Build a center of excellence (COE) around metrics and KPI reporting, and deliver actionable insights for the Sales and Post-Sales organizations.
- Drive in-depth business performance analysis and narrative development for Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth.
- Facilitate inspection of pipeline generation efforts at every level of the Sales organization by delivering clear targets and instrumentation.
- Orchestrate many aspects of annual Go-To-Market planning.
- Support the business and executive team on ad-hoc strategic questions and initiatives.
Requirements
- You have a Master's degree in Operations Research, Business Administration, or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Business Administration, or closely related quantitative discipline and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience.
- Skills: KPI reporting, Data analysis, Financial modeling, Qualitative research, Stakeholder management, Executive communication, Executive presentation, Project execution, Excel/Google Sheets (5 years), PowerPoint/Google Slides (5 years), and BI tools (Looker and Tableau).
