Salary: $179,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do
- Define and execute a multi-year vision and roadmap for the People Analytics function aligned with company strategy.
- Architect and scale a trusted, integrated people data foundation across Workday, Greenhouse, and CultureAmp.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to guide workforce strategy and long-term organizational design.
- Develop and deploy predictive statistical models to advance analytics maturity beyond descriptive reporting.
- Lead the employee listening strategy and translate engagement data into targeted organizational improvements.
- Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of analytics professionals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or Data Strategy, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success building or scaling a People Analytics function in a high-growth environment.
- Technical fluency in HRIS (Workday), ATS (Greenhouse), and employee listening tools (CultureAmp, Glint, or Qualtrics).
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI and proficiency in SQL.
- Strong statistical foundation with experience in predictive modeling using Python or R.
- Must be based in the USA and possess executive-level communication skills.
