What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year vision and roadmap for the People Analytics function aligned with company strategy.
• Architect and scale a trusted, integrated people data foundation across Workday, Greenhouse, and CultureAmp.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to guide workforce strategy and long-term organizational design.
• Develop and deploy predictive statistical models to advance analytics maturity beyond descriptive reporting.
• Lead the employee listening strategy and translate engagement data into targeted organizational improvements.
• Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of analytics professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or Data Strategy, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success building or scaling a People Analytics function in a high-growth environment.
• Technical fluency in HRIS (Workday), ATS (Greenhouse), and employee listening tools (CultureAmp, Glint, or Qualtrics).
• Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI and proficiency in SQL.
• Strong statistical foundation with experience in predictive modeling using Python or R.
• Must be based in the USA and possess executive-level communication skills.
