What you will do

• Oversee and improve end-to-end payment processes, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer queries.
• Manage and collaborate with local payment providers and banks to ensure optimal service and resolution of complex transaction issues.
• Monitor transactions in real time to detect, investigate, and respond to suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Evaluate payment workflows to identify and execute process optimizations that improve speed, reduce cost, and minimize errors.
• Lead operational enhancements through new workflows, SOPs, and process automation to support scalable growth.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, updating policies and procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in payment or financial operations within fintech, e-commerce, or related sectors.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
• In-depth understanding of payment systems and funds flows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
