What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Build and maintain financial reporting systems, including P&L and unit economics.
• Manage cash flow monitoring and reporting for leadership.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business growth scenarios and investments.
• Prepare financial documentation and insights for investors and funds.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial management or analysis, ideally in a startup environment.
• Proven track record of building financial processes or reporting from scratch.
• Advanced hands-on skills in Google Sheets and financial modeling.
• Fluent in both Russian and English.
• Must be able to work within the European time zone (Portugal preferred).
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous information with an ownership mentality.
