What you will do

• Lead the definition, documentation, and implementation of standard PMO business processes.
• Translate ambiguous ways of working into clear, practical standard work.
• Own and maintain PMO templates, playbooks, and guidance materials.
• Coach and enable Program Managers and functional partners on how to apply standard work effectively.
• Partner with PMO leadership to mature portfolio management capabilities over time.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to PMO leadership on operating model, role clarity, and capability maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in new product development program/project management, PMO, or business process improvement roles.
• Demonstrated experience defining, implementing, and sustaining standard work across multiple teams or programs.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and turn ambiguity into clarity.
• Proven stakeholder influence skills without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments (medical device, pharma, or equivalent).
• Experience building or maturing PMO processes, governance models, or operating frameworks.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or formal process improvement training strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting portfolio- level or multi program environments.
