What you will do

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery across client projects.
• Lead a single project or oversee multiple workstreams and delivery leads.
• Run core Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across all levels.
• Act as a bridge between client delivery and internal teams.
• Contribute to governance, sharing best practice, and supporting continuous improvement across delivery capability.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a Delivery Lead / Agile Delivery / Project Delivery role.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Experience running Agile ceremonies and managing delivery lifecycles.
• Ability to operate within hybrid delivery environments (Agile and traditional).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage risk and opportunity.
