What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex data exchange, reporting initiatives, and client platform integrations.
• Lead multi-disciplinary squads consisting of Data Engineers, Integration Specialists, and Solution Architects.
• Govern delivery processes ensuring compliance with ISAE 3402 standards, change management, and audit readiness.
• Act as a senior escalation point for delivery risks, ensuring client commitments are met with high operational integrity.
• Support business development and RFP processes by shaping standard delivery patterns and technical solution designs.
• Provide line management to senior technical leaders, fostering capability growth and reducing key-person dependency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery leadership or program management within regulated financial environments.
• Strong expertise in control-driven delivery including ISAE/SOC alignment and change governance.
• Technical fluency in SQL-based data products, API/SFTP integration patterns, and data mapping.
• Knowledge of private markets fund data concepts, specifically eFront Invest platforms.
• Proven ability to manage high-level stakeholder expectations and lead complex solution design workshops.
• Excellent communication skills required for client-facing engagements and cross-functional leadership.
