What you will do

• Design and develop scalable solutions on the hirify.global platform.
• Write clean, efficient code using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Leverage AI tools and intelligent agents to enhance engineering productivity and automate workflows.
• Actively identify opportunities to embed AI across the SDLC.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across frontend and backend layers.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hirify.global development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
• Solid understanding of hirify.global architecture and data models.
• Experience with Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• hirify.global certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with large data volumes and performance optimization.
• Exposure to data processing or data engineering.
• Familiarity with design patterns and scalable architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
