What you will do

• Provide technical and architectural guidance for solutions built on Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Support and enable Citizen Developers in creating AI agents and conversational solutions.
• Act as a coach and mentor for the community to promote best practices and reusable assets.
• Drive AI adoption by helping teams design and implement AI-powered use cases and automation scenarios.
• Ensure quality through solution design alignment, code reviews, and defined governance practices.
• Contribute to community building through knowledge sharing, demos, and enablement content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Copilot Studio, conversational AI, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents and automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure AI services and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and platform security for Power Platform.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in community building, enablement, or training activities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
