What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of global roles across multiple regions and cultures.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and manage the offer negotiation process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and advocate for diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on global recruiting.
  • Proven experience recruiting for diverse roles (technical, sales, operations) across APAC, EMEA, or the US.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • English proficiency is required for all candidates.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a commitment to maintaining positive candidate experiences.
