What you will do

  • Coordinate multi-time zone interviews and maintain complex hiring calendars.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accuracy through daily candidate stage and feedback tracking.
  • Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely feedback submission.
  • Draft offer letters and handle pre-hire documentation.
  • Monitor applicant funnel performance and flag hiring bottlenecks.
  • Manage job board postings to ensure a healthy applicant flow.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with global teams across different time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring.
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools.
  • Exposure to recruitment metrics and job board optimization.
  • Background in HR or Talent Acquisition.
  • Fresh graduates with high execution ability.
