What you will do
- Coordinate multi-time zone interviews and maintain complex hiring calendars.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accuracy through daily candidate stage and feedback tracking.
- Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely feedback submission.
- Draft offer letters and handle pre-hire documentation.
- Monitor applicant funnel performance and flag hiring bottlenecks.
- Manage job board postings to ensure a healthy applicant flow.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with global teams across different time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring.
- Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools.
- Exposure to recruitment metrics and job board optimization.
- Background in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Fresh graduates with high execution ability.
