What you will do

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the hirify.global feel-good experience.
• Mentor and support hirify.global Advisors to reach personal and store goals.
• Interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Work alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within retail or hospitality.
• Strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• A customer-service mentality and team-player’s work ethic.
• Decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Eye for detail, organised and structured.
