What you will do

• Proactively plan same-day schedules for optimal engineer utilisation and SLA compliance.
• Communicate with customers on commitment issues and provide updates.
• Collaborate with Field Team Managers to ensure efficient engineer workloads and first-time fixes.
• Order parts from internal/external sources while keeping customers informed.
• Monitor and manage jeopardy jobs, prioritising work to meet commitments.
• Export engineer workloads to maximise utilisation and minimise travel.

Requirements

• Hybrid work from Warwick, UK office required with rotating shifts Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:30-14:00 (40hrs/week).
• Knowledge and experience of scheduling and planning applications/systems.
• Solution-focused mindset with a can-do attitude and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Complete finisher who takes ownership of improvements and new ways of working.
• Excellent PC skills including Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Confident communication with internal teams and customers, handling dissatisfied queries compassionately.
