Customer Experience Coordinator

TL;DR

Customer Experience Coordinator: Owning the experience of members within community-centric ecosystems with an accent on moderating online communities, running live sessions, and managing backend operations. Focus on improving the overall member experience and collaborating with internal teams to execute engagement strategies.

Location: Must be based in the Greater Phoenix area (in-office role)

Salary: $55k w/Up to 15% bonus

What you will do

• Lead and moderate private Facebook communities, keeping conversations focused and on-brand.
• Run live Zoom sessions, managing chat, Q&A, and troubleshooting in real time.
• Guide members to the right resources and next steps, tracking feedback to improve the overall experience.
• Handle backend operations (access, records, communication tracking) with accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute launches and engagement strategies.
• Travel a few days, 3–4 times per year for events.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer success or member engagement (required).
• Strong communicator, able to confidently engage with both new members and high-level clients.
• Proven reliability, able to follow through, stay organized, and not need constant oversight.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving pieces.
• Tech-comfortable with Facebook Groups, Zoom, Kajabi or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, education, or membership-based programs.
