TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Building a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by penetrating new accounts through high activity calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach with an accent on finding qualified projects and setting appointments for the sales team. Focus on reconnecting and building relationships with older cold leads & stalled projects to help continuously build the pipeline.

What you will do

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by penetrating new accounts through high activity calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to senior decision-makers.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities for the sales team.
  • Reconnect and build relationships with older cold leads & stalled projects to help continuously build the pipeline.
  • Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached.
  • Articulate the hirify.global ONE Platform Solution, values, and capabilities to prospects through phone and email communication.
  • Proactively engage website visitors via live chat during working hours, initiate meaningful conversations, qualify potential prospects, capture key requirements, and convert interactions into sales opportunities for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (professional/native proficiency) and strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and technical sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with managers, executives, and peers.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of mobile device platforms (preferred).
  • Polished customer service skills and attention to detail.
