Requirements

• 8+ years designing and shipping high-quality enterprise experiences.
• Passionate about the customer's perspective and motivated by real ownership.
• Strong as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor.
• Comfortable taking on work beyond traditional product design.
• Skilled at shipping iterative solutions with strong attention to usability and visual design.
• Proficient in Figma, GitHub/Git/VSCode, Jira, and Heap, plus AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
