Sales Operations Analyst

TL;DR

Sales Operations Analyst: Maximizing sales efficiency and driving revenue growth by designing, implementing, and improving sales operations processes and tools with an accent on optimizing the sales technology stack and ensuring data integrity. Focus on providing actionable performance analysis and managing customer onboarding and custom projects.

Location: Onsite at either our Cary, NC or South Burlington, VT office. We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply.

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000

What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement of critical sales workflows to maximize efficiency and accelerate revenue growth.
• Coordinate and oversee custom projects and professional services throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Maintain the CRM system (HubSpot) and ERP (Odoo) to ensure data accuracy and streamline sales activities.
• Provide training and support to sales personnel on new processes, sales tools, and CRM usage.
• Create and maintain documentation for sales processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales operations and develop insightful dashboards.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of prior experience in sales operations, business operations, and/or project management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot) and an ERP system.
• A strong sense of individual accountability and a desire to contribute to a rapidly growing business.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
