What you will do

• Review and validate balance sheet records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate support.
• Build and maintain high-quality reconciliations, working papers, and reporting schedules.
• Support cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and overall financial performance reporting.
• Deliver value-driven insights through monthly management reporting and internal reviews.
• Partner with Finance Operations, FP&A, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent communication of financial information.
• Support audit, governance, and compliance processes within the financial reporting cycle.

Requirements

• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
• 3–5 years of experience in an accounting or financial reporting environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and the financial reporting lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and investigating variances.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in London.

Nice to have

• Exposure to M&A activity or post-acquisition integration.
• Experience with Alteryx.
