What you will do

• Oversee project planning, development, and implementation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage and motivate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, testers, and UX designers.
• Maintain clear communication with customers to define requirements and follow up on project deliverables.
• Handle project financials, business cases, and risk management reporting.
• Ensure the application of correct methods and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Draft and manage agreements with external suppliers and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing complex IT projects from start to finish.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in an agile environment.
• Strong background in building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project planning, financial overview, and risk management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance for classified projects.
• Fluent in English required for international collaboration.
