Location: Must be based in or able to work from the New York office

What you will do

• Design and integrate new products with the platform from inception to launch.
• Evolve the website and marketing assets to ensure a cohesive brand language.
• Translate complex, ambiguous workflows into beautiful, intuitive user interfaces.
• Guide designs into production through close collaboration with the engineering team.
• Develop the internal user research practice and synthesize findings into actionable designs.
• Help shape the design culture and assist in hiring efforts as the team grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio covering both product and brand.
• Deep understanding of developer mindsets and ability to design for technical audiences.
• Proven ability to reason about complex workflows and simplify them through design.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working closely with engineers.
• Must be able to work in-person from the New York City office.
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design decisions.

Nice to have

• Ability to implement your own designs using frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Technical understanding of APIs, codegen, or infrastructure concepts.
• Experience designing developer-focused products.
