• Contribute to the organization's design system to ensure consistency at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in high-quality digital product design.
• Proven track record of influencing product metrics through data-driven design.
• Deep mastery of interaction design, visual design, and UI fundamentals.
• Strong systems thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, process, and design craft is required.
