• Deeply understand customer jobs-to-be-done to champion effective product improvements.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by communicating customer data, business impact, and trade-offs.
• Take ownership of design priorities and educate stakeholders on collaborative processes.
• Mentor junior designers and establish best practices within the design team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in developer-focused SaaS products.
• Proven ability to lead collaborative design processes from definition to delivery.
• Experience conducting user research and making data-informed design decisions.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate rationale and strategy.
• Proficiency in designing complex workflows for technical products and system constraints.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
