TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Greater Montreal, Quebec; hybrid role requiring two days a week in a local coworking space.

What you will do

  • Own growth within a portfolio of strategic partners by identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales to co-sell into shared prospects and expand the existing joint pipeline.
  • Build and maintain joint account plans to maximize revenue within strategic relationships.
  • Monitor partner health and proactively manage performance risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and CS to deliver growth initiatives.
  • Represent the company at partner events and build visibility within partner networks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic partnerships within fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in executing partner growth plans with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Strong experience in co-selling and channel ecosystem management.
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Must reside in Greater Montreal, Quebec.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience in managing complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for partner meetings in the US or UK.
