TL;DR

Junior Financial Operations Analyst (Fintech): Managing daily payment workflows and financial reconciliations with an accent on accuracy and efficiency in payment processing. Focus on investigating payment issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying process improvements.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (office attendance 2 days a week)

Salary: €1,320–€1,980 (gross) per month

What you will do

  • Manage daily financial operations to ensure payments are accurate and completed on time.
  • Perform reconciliations, process refunds, and execute transactions efficiently.
  • Monitor payments and investigate/resolve issues in collaboration with CS, developers, and banks.
  • Support daily workflows while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent operational experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and deliver high-quality results.
  • Professional communication skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts depending on business needs.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Tableau and data management skills.
  • Basic understanding of banking systems, payment platforms, or integrations.
