TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (Finance): Providing data-driven analysis of financial performance for a group of ventures with an accent on reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Focus on calculating LTV/NPV, tracking KPIs/OKRs, and building BI dashboards to guide strategic business decisions.

Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas, or Klaipėda). Vilnius requires 4 days onsite; Kaunas offers onsite, hybrid, or remote options.

Salary: Gross 4000-4800 EUR/month

What you will do

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for the business group.
• Track and monitor KPIs and OKRs.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Calculate LTV and target CPA.
• Analyze financial data to evaluate the business situation against goals and targets.
• Present financial performance results to the management board and BUMs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance or business analysis within an international company.
• Expertise in financial forecasting methods and LTV/NPV calculations.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Analytical mindset with a strong comfort level handling complex business metrics.
• Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas, or Klaipėda).

Nice to have

• Ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL scripts.
• Experience specifically with Looker.
