What you will do

• Take full end-to-end ownership of the company accounting function.
• Lead, support, and develop the accounting team members.
• Ensure accurate month-end closes, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Establish and enforce accounting processes, internal controls, and approval workflows.
• Oversee VAT compliance, statutory reporting, and audit preparation.
• Improve cash flow visibility and optimize inventory and accrual accounting processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing accounting teams.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Practical experience in building or significantly improving accounting processes and internal controls.
• Strong audit-readiness mindset and high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with an ownership mentality.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Vilnius or remotely if based elsewhere.
