TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Hybrid model)
Salary: €2,100–€4,000 gross

What you will do
- Contribute to high-quality internal audit services and risk assessment processes.
- Develop audit programs and complete planned audit activities.
- Prepare professional audit reports and follow up on the implementation of agreed actions.
- Evaluate internal control systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coach process owners on the importance of an effective control environment.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and daily task execution.
Requirements
- English and Lithuanian: Fluency required
- Must be based in Lithuania
- Understanding of internal control systems and risk management in a regulated industry.
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience and familiarity with AI tools for professional integration.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in internal audit, banking, or financial institutions.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFSA, or ACCA.
- Completion of Internal Auditor’s Training from IIA Lithuania.
