What you will do

• Define and execute the overall social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including social specialists, editors, video creators, and analysts.
• Oversee daily and special digital content production, editorial calendars, and brand visual identity.
• Direct digital coverage of live sports events and breaking news to amplify storytelling.
• Analyze performance metrics to develop KPI frameworks and provide actionable insights for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments on integrated campaigns and commercial partnerships.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the office in São Paulo 3 days per week.
• English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level required.
• Proven experience leading social media strategy and managing teams, preferably in sports, media, or entertainment.
• Strong expertise in platform-specific algorithms, content formats, and audience engagement tactics.
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated success in managing real-time content workflows and high-pressure live event coverage.
