Focus on structuring processes, translating qualitative feedback and quantitative data into actionable insights, and managing communication in high-visibility situations.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Social, Community, and Influencer team, working closely with Product, Creative Strategy, UA, and Marketing.
  • Define and evolve the Social and Community strategy for the games, structuring each game’s presence across platforms and community channels.
  • Implement processes for community management and social operations, including editorial planning, player sentiment monitoring, and feedback organization.
  • Own the Influencer channel strategy in partnership with UA and Marketing, covering paid and organic efforts, budget allocation, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Define the vision and roadmap for the Creator Program, establishing tiers, benefits, and growth paths.
  • Ensure campaign and program learnings are documented and translated into updated playbooks and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience managing Social Media, Community, Influencer Marketing, or related functions in digital, entertainment, or gaming environments.
  • Strong understanding of brand communication and the ability to interpret community signals and performance data.
  • Experience navigating public conversations and managing communication in high-visibility situations.
  • Familiarity with influencer and creator ecosystems, both paid and organic.
  • Ability to structure processes and translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members, with the seniority to interact directly with Product, UA, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
