Location: Brazil (Remote). If you reside in São Paulo, you must be available to work from the office once a month.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Paid Media campaigns and growth initiatives, from strategy development and experiment design to execution and optimization.
• Optimize paid campaigns across all channels, driving growth through continuous testing, analysis, and optimization of KPIs, audiences, bidding strategies, keywords, and creative assets.
• Update and maintain reports on paid media performance, providing regular updates to the regional marketing teams.
• Propose new creative strategies for landing pages and campaign content.
• Manage the operational aspects of agency relationships, focusing on optimizing paid media efforts.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in paid social, paid search and display ads, Canva, CRM tools (HubSpot and Salesforce), Tableau, and Google Workspace.
• Experience in paid media and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of different cultural markets.
• Experience in managing cross-platform campaigns and working with international teams is highly desirable.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
