What you will do

• Hire, mentor, and train a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives.
• Develop and refine successful outbound prospecting strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Forecast team performance and drive productivity improvements over time.
• Facilitate onboarding and career development, preparing SDRs for promotion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze data trends to identify best practices and optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-tech cycle direct sales.
• Proven track record in scaling SDR teams and leading through operational transformation.
• Experience with SaaS, Cloud, and cybersecurity or AI concepts.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Must be able to work on-site 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC or Arlington, VA.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on cross-functional partnership and talent development.
