Product Designer (Gamedev)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Gamedev): Designing end-to-end digital experiences for hirify.global Sports across mobile, web, and TV platforms with an accent on complex sporting data, fan behavior, and immersive content. Focus on building intuitive user journeys, evolving design systems, and collaborating in agile squads to deliver high-quality production-ready UI.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Leeds or Osterley office (Hybrid: 2 days/week in-office)

What you will do

• Design intuitive end-to-end user experiences for hirify.global Sports products across mobile, web, and TV.
• Translate complex sporting data, match stats, and highlights into engaging and accessible UI components.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX researchers, and product managers within an agile environment.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across multi-surface digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that shape the future of sports viewing.
• Champion accessibility and design quality through user-centred thinking.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a digital Product Designer (UX/UI) delivering end-to-end work.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking across mobile, web, or multi-surface platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and experience working with design systems.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
