What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to solve high-value problems in the crypto and finance sectors.
• Lead design efforts from research and user testing through to final high-fidelity UI execution.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that improve product usability and business performance.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system and established design principles.
• Actively gather user feedback to iterate on designs and validate product solutions.
• Participate in roadmap prioritization and champion customer experience improvements.

Requirements

• Resident in the UK within commutable distance to London
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams
• Strong background in designing and building B2B SaaS products
• Ability to balance ideal design solutions with pragmatic implementation needs
• Curiosity and willingness to learn complex new industry domains
