What you will do
- Manage and professionally develop a small team of product designers.
- Lead with a user-centered mindset, translating research and data into actionable insights.
- Communicate design vision and decisions, aligning partners across Product and Engineering.
- Guide teams through complex, multi-product workflows and ambiguous problem spaces.
- Collaborate across disciplines to define requirements and deliver clear user experiences.
- Advocate for accessibility and design excellence, and measure solutions post-release.
Requirements
- Management track record, including direct reports and talent development.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and selling ideas.
- Systems mindset with a platform-first approach and design systems experience.
- Critical thinking and holistic problem-solving for user interactions.
- Proficiency with modern component-based design software like Figma and Miro.
- Iterative prototyping skills using low- and high-fidelity tools.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design.
