Product Design Manager

Location: For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in London.

Salary: £66,000 - £111,000 GBP

What you will do

• Define and own the NAS design strategy, setting the experience vision and identifying product convergence opportunities.
• Build a culture of customer obsession across your team and build partners, ensuring design decisions trace back to real user needs.
• Own cross-product experience quality across video analysis, performance, scouting, and recruiting tools.
• Embed AI into how your team works to accelerate research synthesis, generate prototypes, and run design QA checks.
• Manage and develop a small team of designers through hands-on leadership, setting clear expectations and building individual development plans.
• Build strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Scrum, and Quality counterparts.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in professional sports - either designing for sports organisations or working within one.
• Experience shipping AI-enhanced product features (not just using AI in your workflow, but building AI into the product).
• Multi-product or cross-platform design experience at scale.
