What you will do

• Manage and professionally develop a small team of product designers.
• Lead with a user-centered mindset, translating research and data into actionable insights.
• Communicate design vision and decisions, aligning partners across Product and Engineering.
• Guide teams through complex, multi-product workflows and ambiguous problem spaces.
• Collaborate across disciplines to define requirements and deliver clear user experiences.
• Advocate for accessibility and design excellence, and measure solutions post-release.

Requirements

• Management track record, including direct reports and talent development.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and selling ideas.
• Systems mindset with a platform-first approach and design systems experience.
• Critical thinking and holistic problem-solving for user interactions.
• Proficiency with modern component-based design software like Figma and Miro.
• Iterative prototyping skills using low- and high-fidelity tools.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design.
