What you will do
- Support the Senior Product Manager in delivering the product vision and backlog for workflow management tools.
- Govern platform usage, manage operating models, and establish controls for internal tools.
- Enable business adoption through workshops and user story creation.
- Advise on best practices for process documentation, metadata, tagging, and implementation.
- Ensure the MarTech technology stack adheres to strict compliance and policy requirements.
- Support vendor partnerships to maintain best-in-class tooling solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar workflow management tools in complex organizations.
- Proven track record in product ownership and influencing strategic decision-making.
- Collaborative mindset with experience operating in a matrix structure.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and preferably the SAFe framework.
- Strong relationship-building skills with partners and key decision-makers.
- Passion for media and technology integration.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Fusion or similar IPAAS for automation.
- Background in wider marketing technology capabilities such as creative suite tooling or personalization.
